A brandbook, also called brand guidelines, is the reference document for your brand. It records how your logo, colours, typefaces and imagery are used, so everyone working with your brand makes the same choices.

What you use it for

As soon as more people work on your materials, such as a printer, a photographer, a social media manager or a new employee, inconsistencies creep in. A brandbook prevents that. It’s the document you send whenever someone is about to create something for your brand.

What it can contain

A brandbook typically contains the logo versions with minimum sizes and clear space, the do’s and don’ts of logo use, the colour palette with codes for screen and print, the typefaces and how to use them, the image style and examples of applications. We tailor its scope to what your brand needs.

Consistent on every channel

With the guidelines in your brandbook, you present your brand the same way on your website, social media, print, workwear and packaging. That makes you recognisable and saves you from rethinking the basics for every new item.
