Data we process
Quote, demo, scan and meeting requests include your name, email and optionally phone number, company, website address, project information and attachments. Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud with their date, language and internal follow-up. A hashed source value helps prevent abuse. Website scans send the public website address to Google PageSpeed Insights.
Purpose and legal basis
We use request data to handle your enquiry and prepare an agreement. Necessary security serves a legitimate interest. Analytics and marketing cookies require consent. Subject to legal review: exact legal bases, processing agreements, transfers outside the EEA and external services used.
Retention
Subject to legal review: specific retention periods for requests, attachments, commissions and security data, and a deletion procedure. No final retention period has been established.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object by contacting info@yagoubi.nl. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it.
