Introduction and request
You get in touch through the request form, by phone, email or WhatsApp, or you schedule a 30-minute introductory call. We discuss what your business does, who your customers are and what you need. If you already have a logo, copy, photos or examples of websites you like, it helps to send them along.
A first design or analysis
If you’d like to see what’s possible first, you can request a free demo design or website scan. A demo shows an initial visual direction, not a finished website; conditions may apply to the free demo, which we discuss with you after your request. A scan gives insight into the speed, SEO basics and technical condition of your current website.
Proposal and agreements
Based on our conversation, you receive a proposal covering the work, price, timeline and terms. Only once you agree and the upfront payment has been made does the paid project begin. That way you know exactly where you stand.
Design and development
We work out the structure, design the pages or your brand identity and build the website. Along the way we make choices about structure, design, features and technology, and explain them where needed.
Feedback and revisions
You review the result and send your comments, in a single overview or during a short call. Website projects include five revision rounds within the agreed scope. New requests outside that scope are discussed separately.
Review and delivery
Before delivery, we check the display on different devices, forms, links and the technical foundation. A website can be delivered within five working days on average, depending on its size and how quickly the required information is available. This is an indication, not a guaranteed deadline.
